Its role is consultative in nature, since the Advisory Board does not act on behalf of the organisation and holds no responsibility towards third parties. Instead, it serves as a valuable support mechanism for decision-makers within the project, offering expert insights and independent perspectives to inform and strengthen strategic choices.
